AOII ROAD TRIP!!
3 of my sisters and i are going on a road trip during reading week! i’m so excited!!!! i feel so lucky and happy that they asked me to come with them, cause there’s only 4 spots and i know there are tons of other girls who would be interested in going. we’ll be driving from waterloo, canada to our headquarters in tennessee. we’re stopping at a few chapters along the way...

STL - Sleepover, Transition, and Elections

Help! Sleepover ideas!
Like I said in my last post, we’re having our transition/sleepover this weekend, and it’s going to be at my apartment. BUT, i’ve never had a sleepover so i don’t know what to do! i need some ideas of fun games/activities to do so that no one gets bored and so it’s fun!! we can’t really spend money so ideas that are free to do would be best!!

Thinspo?
Am I the only one who isn’t a fan of thinspo blogs? Or anything with the word “skinny” for that matter. Whenever I read those two words I think of naturally thin girls, unhealthy eating habits, and no long-term commitments to get the body you want.

Goodbye New York!
Leaving New York in the morning, and while it’s been a great trip, I’m definitely ready to go back to Toronto. While I was able to mostly drink water with meals (a huge accomplishment for me) and I walked all day everywhere, we still went to restaurants practically EVERY DAY, and I only went to the gym once =(.

That Bitch did WHAT in NYC?!
FINALLY went to the gym! Even though I’ve been walking almost all day (err day) while here, I’ve definitely been avoiding going to the gym, and just kept saying “oh I’m on vacation and I’m walking everywhere anyways.”
Well not today! I actually went! Didn’t get time to work out as long as I normally do, but it’s a good start to get back on track....
